The history of Andhika Group can be chronologies as follow:

May 1973 – PT. Andhika Lines was established.

December
1974 – M.V. Andhika became the group’s first
vessel.

January
1975 – PT. Adnyana was established.

April
1976 – PT. Andhini Baruna Lines was established.

March
1988 – PT. Andalan Tama was established as a
stevedoring company in Jakarta and followed by other stevedoring
companies in Surabaya, Medan/Belawan, Cilegon and Banjarmasin.
In December 1999, PT. Andalan Tama was awarded the contract
to manage and operate Terminal H in Tanjung Priok.

August
1996 – PT. Andhini Ekakarya Sejahtera was established
as the man power/crewing (seafarer) management company.
In July 1997, PT. Andhini Ekakarya Sejahtera became the
first Indonesian company to receive DNV certification
for a Crewing Management Office (CMO).

August
1997 – PT. Andhini Nugraha was established to
operate a Container Freight Station and Cargo Distribution
Center in the port of Tanjung Priok.

January
1998 – PT. Andhika Jasa Logistindo was established
as a company that handling the logistics business of the
group.

August
2001 – as part of group development, PT. Andhini
Baruna Lines was merged into PT. Adnyana.
